Here are some mindfulness exercises that I have recorded that is freely available for you. They are guided mindfulness exercises where I will take you through various prompts to explore your internal world.
Acceptance of Emotions
This is a mindfulness exercise that aims to guide you through developing curiosity, openness and willingness towards your emotions, especially the ones you find challenging to have. This is not a miracle cure - as with all mindfulness exercises it requires consistent practice to develop the muscle of mindfulness and acceptance. So if at first, it feels uncomfortable, weird, unhelpful - that is all normal.
Accepting Space for Parent and Child
This is a mindfulness exercise that was part of a parent support program I developed, AutInsight. Many parents found it helpful, and so I am making this available to you! This exercise encourages parents to reflect and notice the things that come up for them when it comes to acceptance of themselves and their child - and how they are intimately linked.
